This was the invite for our little Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebration.
Cruz was a huge help in getting everything set up and ready to go. I love to have a party, but he kind of gets stuck doing some of the grunt work. Thanks Love.

Cruz and I tried to get everything we could in a black or white serving bowl. 
The food included: black bean soup, baked chicken with white creamy sauce, cilantro rice, strawberry spinach salad, black and white corn chips with white queso, and homemade oreos... all fabulous.
Everything was so yummy, and we got very full.
The table worked out perfect, I had just enough dishes for the group. The food looked pretty and tasted good too.
Mustaches and milk.
2012's black and white party was festive, and fancy... two of my favorite things.
I love it!!! It was such a fun night with everyone! Are you going to post the pictures to face too?!!! Thanks Chris for making such a simple holiday festive and fun! Martin would be proud!

DeleteI love this! My friends and I love to throw parties for any holiday! Our MLK party was not this classy ... next year. I LOVE your quote. Did you make it? If you did, do you ever sell them? It's fantastic.

DeleteI love parties too. We tried to dress this party up a little. I do sell my quotes sometimes. ;) Let me know if you want me to do one for you. Custom quote design is $10-$35, if you want the above quote... I've pretty much done the work. I will just have to adjust it to a size that you want etc, for sure could fit in to the $8-$10 range. Let me know.

Ohh, you DO love parties! And I can see you... you are great at hosting! I'm subscribing to follow you via email (I usually do Google Friend Connect) but I don't see that here. I'd love for you to stop by my blog again and follow me back if you'd like! I haven't posted many little parties soon because we recently moved, I'm pregnant, etc. but we're just starting this time of the year that we pack full of fun little silly parties! (Not that your MLK Party was silly of course!)
